FORBIDDEN Interviewed On 107.7 THE BONE's 'Metal Zone'; Video Available

September 11, 2008

Reactivated San Francisco Bay Area metallers FORBIDDEN were interviewed by Nikki Blakk of San Francisco's 107.7 The Bone radio station on the "Metal Zone" program last Friday night (September 5). Watch the chat in four parts below.

Upcoming FORBIDDEN shows:

Sep. 12 - Slim’s - San Francisco, CA
Sep. 20 - Club Citta - Kawasaki, Kanagawa, JPN *
Sep. 21- Club Citta - Kawasaki, Kanagawa, JPN *

* With VOIVOD, TESTAMENT

FORBIDDEN will be rejoined by drummer Paul Bostaph (TESTAMENT, SLAYER, EXODUS) for a couple of songs during tomorrow's (September 12) Slim's concert in San Francisco. "It'll be the the first time in over 15 years that the all-original FORBIDDEN EVIL (pre-FORBIDDEN) lineup will play together," says Locicero. "That being said, Mark Hernandez IS the drummer in FORBIDDEN and Paul IS the drummer of TESTAMENT! It has to be stated for the record that Mark is an incredible drummer and he's being very, very cool about this whole circus. But he understands as much as anyone how historical this will be for some folks.

"This special event is all about timing and still being brothers after all of these years. For us to get to play some songs together will be a treat for all of us. We just so happen to be in town at the same time before we all embark to Kawasaki Japan together for two shows with TESTAMENT and VOIVOD. You never know what might happen in Japan either... So if you didn't plan on coming out this Friday or have not purchased a ticket as of yet... get off of your ass and watch us have a shitload of fun!"

FORBIDDEN's last studio LP, "Green", was released in 1997 on the G.U.N. label.
